Small group sessions are ideal for students who want to learn together and motivate each other. The perfect course for a small salon, a group of friends or college students who really want to grow. Whilst this course is still tailored to meet the needs and expectations of the students, it is a more relaxed environment for barbers and hairdressers to grow together.

Available in London, or as a in-salon workshop; Hayden will discuss the ambitions of each person and the group as a whole to deliver a unique curriculum at a reasonable rate.

BEGINNER 1-1  

In this beginner 2 day course we will take you through the foundations of barbering, building a successful clientele, and equip you with the tools to make a footprint in the industry through social media knowledge, understanding the fundamentals of mens hair and developing yourself as a busy barber. 

The course will be designed to help build your confidence, and give you the knowledge to start your journey into the world of barbering. We will focus on tool knowledge, client and customer awareness, product understanding, fading, understanding your scissors and a simple and easy method to ensure every haircut is finished to a high standard of barbering. This will give you the tools you need to be able to secure your desired position in a busy barber shop.

PERSONALISED COURSE

This course is designed for barbers who have already required the foundation and basic knowledge needed to complete a haircut. IT IS NOT FOR BEGINNERS. 

In this course we will design a 1-1 full day of education which will be tailored to your specific needs. Following a short questionnaire, you and Hayden will create a bespoke tailored course focusing on the areas of barbering you wish to improve. This course will give you the confidence to shine through and elevate your career.

Examples of days and areas to focus on; Understanding sectioning and planning a haircut, Creative hair and Photography, Building your brand, Content Creation, Fading and time management in cutting, Tool and product knowledge, Presentation and Education,

We can create a full days course focusing on whatever aspect of hair you wish to improve and understand - this course can also be designed in 2 and 3 day packages which will give you the opportunity to truly dive deep into the understanding of hair and barbering - giving you the opportunity to grow even further in your career.
